Event Description

The accreditation is held in Swedish with English or Swedish delegate materials of your own choice.

As accredited in the Insights Discovery system, you will be able to design and hold psychology-based workshops, you will be able to build academies based on our tools and concepts, as well as having the skills to provide feedback on the Insights Discovery Personal Profile.

Purpose
The Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) certifies and qualifies you as an employee, manager, coach or independent consultant to use the Insights Discovery development tool as part of your company's learning and development solutions. The Accreditation that lasts four days is designed to explain the Insights Discovery theory and demonstrate how the system can be implemented in concrete terms to meet specific development goals. The accreditation is based on learning and is therefore a mixture of both theory and practical exercises.

As Insight's Discovery Accredited user, you learn how to deliver various Insights workshops in an interactive and captivating way, giving participants a deeper understanding of themselves and others through the Insights Discovery Personal Profile.

The structure of the accreditation

Day 1 - Insights Discovery Theory, 10am to 5pm

• Understand what the model contains and how it is built
• Understand Jung's preferences and theory
• Understand Insights Discovery Personal Profile and graphs
• Understand the statistics and validity of the profile

Day 2 - Preparation for Insights Discovery, 8:30am to 5pm

• Experience the magic of an Insights Discovery workshop

Day 3 - Preparing to deliver,  8:30am to 5pm

• Learn to complete "Beginning the journey" workshop by doing it yourself
• We delve deeper into the profile and see how the Insights Discovery Personal Profile can come alive

Day 4 - Applying Insights Discovery,  8:30am to 4pm

• Keep Insights alive as an active tool, a language in your organization
• See how the Insights Discovery Personal Profile can be used on a team
• Experience the connection between business challenges and the Insights Discovery Personal Profile
